According to reports, the Japanese have lower rates of heart disease than most other countries. Their secret may be down to their diet. Those staple sushi ingredient, seaweed (types include nori, wakame and konbu) is also high in minerals, vitamins A, C and B12 and protein. Ginger, the highly aromatic root used to add heat to soups, stir fries and sushi, is also believed to work wonders, lowering cholesterol, preventing arthritis and could be beneficial to those at risk of blood clots as it is thought to contain a compound which stops platelets sticking together.Tofu and mushrooms are also a large part of the Japanese diet. Tofu is high in protein and low in fat, and shitake mushrooms are believed to enhance the body’s immune system to help control infections.

I LOVE Japanese Food food a lot, such as sushi, sashimi, teppanyaki, miso soup and so on… All are just too delicioussssss…………… For me, Japanese cuisine is just too attractive!!! :D

    Italiannies

At Italiannies, this rich tradition is followed faithfully, with an ambience resembling authentic everyday Italian households and an amiable staff. “A’more di Merrier” is the Italiannies shared presentation menu concept. It encourages guests to share their orders in the true Italian tradition as they believe strongly that the best ingredient for an enjoyable dining experience is some company to share good food with.

I love that Italiannies still maintains the complimentary bread service at the beginning of every meal. The Tuscan bread that we had was fresh, soft and warm, exactly how I’d love my bread to be. I ate the Focaccia with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

    Never Skip Breakfast

MORNING!!! Eating a GOOD AND HEALTHY breakfast sets the tone for the rest of the day ^^ I never skip my breakfast, otherwise I would likely to become tired coz of my brain and body run low on fuel. A healthy breakfast should contain some protein and some fiber. There are a lots of benefits of eating a healthy breakfast such as lowers cholesterol level, improves concentrations, aids weight loss and keeps blood sugar level stable.
For me, McD Breakfast and Oldtown breakfast set always be my best choices… *Yummy Yummy* Remember that you have choices that can lead to a healthy life and deter those unwanted consequences of not having a healthy breakfast.
